Your transliteration (Libah) is fine. The name means "heart."
Hebrew tattoos are interesting, mainly because no reasonably observant Jew would ever get a tattoo... so you have to wonder what the deal is.
But the tat is nice-looking, anyway.
If you think the ink is nice looking, you shoulda seen the girl...
I hadn't even thought about the Jewish factor. Hmmm...
"Heart", you say... I don't think she told me that. Her name in English started with an "L" too.
They did a big article down here on Jews and tats and how the younger Jews... some want to get them... and their parents are having fits. It was interesting, both sides, but I would side by the folks on this one.
