Game day. I have been asked why, instead of "Go ECU" or "Go Pirates" I always put instead "First Down... PIRATES!" It's tradition, and I'm not sure for how long, the announcer will give the play information and end with, "Where it will be a First Down..." and then this pregnant pause before shouting "PIRATES!"
